Find and fix bugs.
Investigate errors, broken features, and unreliable integrations. Agree the repair, test the affected workflows, and explain the changes.
ONGOING SOFTWARE SUPPORT
Revenue Reactor Labs helps businesses maintain existing software through scoped bug fixes, health checks, updates, and improvements. We can take over support for software built by another developer, following a review of the system and available access.
Tell us about your software ↗WHAT WE LOOK AFTER
Investigate errors, broken features, and unreliable integrations. Agree the repair, test the affected workflows, and explain the changes.
Review error logs and system health, apply agreed updates, and address aging dependencies. Monitoring and check frequency depend on your support plan.
Improve slow workflows, maintain documentation, and make scoped changes as your business needs evolve.
YOUR FIRST STEP
Start with a review of your software.
We agree the scope and cost before we begin.
Share the software you use, what is going wrong, and how it affects your business. A public link or a short description is enough to start the conversation.
Depending on the issue and available access, we examine the code, hosting, integrations, documentation, and error reports. We identify access gaps and confirm what we can support.
We explain what we found, what remains uncertain, and which issues deserve attention first. You get recommended next steps and a proposed scope for the work.
Agree an individual repair or an ongoing support arrangement. We confirm cost, priorities, and timing before further work begins.
COMMON STARTING POINTS
These are example situations we can review, rather than claims about completed client projects.
You have a working app but no one maintaining it. Start with an access and code review to understand the handover.
Orders, bookings, or records stop syncing. Start by tracing the data flow and reviewing the errors.
Every workaround costs time. Start with a prioritized issue list and a scoped plan for the most useful fixes.
SOFTWARE SUPPORT FAQ
Yes, subject to an initial review. We assess the code, hosting, integrations, and access available before agreeing what we can maintain. Existing documentation and a handover from the previous developer help, but we can also investigate an unfamiliar system.
An agreed plan can include health checks, error review, bug fixes, dependency updates, regression testing, and small improvements. We document which systems and tasks are covered, how often checks happen, and how requests are prioritized.
We review custom websites, web apps, business tools, and integrations individually. Tell us the product, programming language or framework if known, and where it is hosted. We confirm compatibility and the work we can take on after reviewing the setup.
For vendor-managed products, we can help investigate configuration problems, repair integrations you control, and work with the vendor. Changes to the vendor’s own software depend on the access and options that vendor provides.
Depending on the job, we may need access to the source repository, hosting, logs, staging environment, or integration settings. We agree the access needed first. Please do not send passwords, API keys, or customer records in an initial inquiry.
Coverage, monitoring frequency, support hours, and response expectations are agreed for each engagement. Do not assume round-the-clock coverage or a guaranteed resolution time unless it is included in your agreement.
We scope the work after reviewing your system and priorities. Cost depends on the software’s complexity, condition, access, and the support coverage required. We agree the price and scope before work begins.
Yes. We can begin with a scoped investigation or individual fix, then discuss ongoing maintenance if that would be useful. A review may be needed before we can estimate the repair.
We aim to reproduce the issue, make a focused change, and test the affected workflows. Where access and the environment allow, we use staging, add regression tests, and review a rollback approach before releasing the change.
Contact [email protected] with the software you use, the issue or support you need, and a public project link if available. We will discuss access, priorities, scope, and the next steps.
