Who we are

Plushuffle is provided by Revenue Reactor Labs LLC. This policy covers the Google Play edition of the game. For support or privacy requests, email [email protected].

Playing the game

Plushuffle is a paid, single-player game. It has no advertisements, in-app purchases, player chat or direct messaging. You can play the full game and keep your personal best on your device without connecting to Google Play Games.

Information on your device

The game stores preferences such as sound, music, scenery and reduced motion, together with your completed-game personal best. These local preferences and scores are not sent to Revenue Reactor Labs servers by the game. The personal best belongs to the device’s game installation, so people sharing that installation also share its local best.

Children and age selection

At the start of a new game launch, we ask for an age group without requesting a name or date of birth. The answer is used only in memory for that play session; it is not sent to us or Google and is not saved after the game closes. Players under 16, and players who choose not to answer, can play normally and keep local scores. Google Play Games is not initialized for these players. The initial edition makes online rankings available only to players aged 16 or older who choose to connect. Google’s own account and profile restrictions still apply.

Optional Google Play rankings

If you are eligible and choose “Connect to Google Play,” the game initializes Google Play Games Services. It accesses your Play Games player identifier and profile information, and sends completed solo-game scores to Google to provide rankings. Your gamer name, score and rank may be visible to other players according to your Google profile’s sharing settings. A private or supervised profile may not appear on the public leaderboard. Google Play rankings are separate from Steam rankings.

The game may store a pending score on your device, linked to the Google player who earned it, and retry when that player reconnects. It never attaches an earlier guest or child’s score to a later Google login. A successfully submitted pending entry is removed from the device, while the local personal best remains. Age eligibility and the choice to connect are requested again after the game is closed and reopened.

The Google Play Games SDK also processes gamer identity, gameplay information, diagnostics and analytics as described in Google’s Play Games data information. Google uses HTTPS to encrypt Play Games data in transit. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its handling of information.

Purchases

Google Play handles purchases and payment information. The game does not request or receive payment-card details. Google may make purchase, refund and transaction information available to the developer through its seller tools and reports.

Support and privacy requests

When you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it to respond, investigate problems and meet applicable legal obligations. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information, especially information about a child. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent to us.

Retention and deletion

Local preferences and personal bests remain until you clear the app’s storage or they are otherwise removed from the device. Pending Google score records remain until successful submission or removal of app storage. The game does not create a separate Plushuffle online account.

Clearing app storage does not remove scores already sent to Google. You can delete your Play Games profile or data for an individual game using Google’s deletion controls. Google manages retention of data held by its services under its own policies. We may retain correspondence or transaction information where needed to meet legal obligations.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Serving and protecting the page involves processing technical information such as your IP address, browser information and request details. This is separate from playing Plushuffle offline. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the game’s data practices change and identify the date of the revised policy.
